OK For now I got everything running OK BUT my JoinServer isn't working here is the error that keeps showing up:

Connect Server IP not Found
Usage: JoinServer.exe/p11111 /ca127.0.0.1 /cp11111

/p: JoinserverPort /ca: ConnectServer IP /cp: ConnectServer Port

How do I fix this?

Just go to your server directory data/lang/kor/quest(kor).txt

and edit these lines:
