[Help] CS - The network connection was aborted by the local system

Hello Guys!
I wanted to create a server using DarksTeam version of 97d+99 files.
Server looks to start normally but when I launch client I get message that I have disconnected from the server and after looking up the server I see in CS message like in topic.
I don't know why. BTW. I'm using Win7 and SQL2012
I'm trying to connect as localhost to test and setup before go into public
