[Help] Problems with website

Basically we tried everything... enabling TCP/IP, named pipes, etc... everything that I have ever had issues with. Didn't work.

@r00tme, @Dea7h ideas?

Did you try with PC name instead of IP address? Also did you install the SQL server in the a default instance as MSSQL. That may become a problem as well.

try $web['dbhost'] = '127.0.0.1'; => $web['dbhost'] = '.\sqlexpress';

Hello mate,
Do not remove any DIE functions as they will save your website in case of emergency or DDoS attack!

Find

$dbc = mssql_connect($web['dbhost'], $web['dbuser'], $web['dbpassword']);
die("Couldn't connect to SQL Server!");
$selected = mssql_select_db($web['database'],$dbc) or die("Couldn't open database");

Replace with

$dbc = sqlsrv_connect($web['dbhost'], $web['dbuser'], $web['dbpassword']);
die("Couldn't connect to SQL Server!");
$selected = mssql_select_db($web['database'],$dbc) or die("Couldn't open database");
