[Help] DarksTeam MuServer 0.99.60/62T (1.0M) Joinserver running...

Hello!

I am coming back after 15 years since my last MuOnline server, trying to open a new server for me and my friends, playing this game for nostalgia.
I am trying to run DarksTeam MuServer 0.99.60/62T (1.0M) Beta 15, I heard that it is very stabled and good for Old School server.

I've updated the IP in all places:
D:\MuServer\ConnectServer\DATA\ServerList.dat
D:\MuServer\ConnectServer\DATA\ServerInfo.dat
D:\MuServer\Data\IpList.dat
D:\MuServer\Data\MapServerInfo.dat
D:\MuServer\DTData\SQLConnect.ini

SQL Pass:
D:\MuServer\DTData\SQLConnect.ini
D:\MuServer\EventServer\DATA\svconfig.ini
D:\MuServer\ExDB\exdb.ini
D:\MuServer\RankingServer\svconfig.ini

I made setup for ODBC(Screenshot attached), also run ODBC,reg, made
Opened ports TCP: 44405, 55901, 55919, 1433, 55903
I tried to run startup with my IP but also with 127.0.0.1...
I checked A LOT of tutorials... I tried everything, can anyone help me with this issue?

I also moved the JoinServer open after ChatServer, to see if other servers running fine, ChatServer is failing too, but it might be because of JoinServer.

I am using Windows 10 x64, SQL Server 2008, IP starting with 86.125...(if that matters)

I am appreciating all your support, helping grandpa setting up his Mu Server
