If you relay on this picture than just (tmi) By default xampp allows to upload files to your webserver (and a lot more things), if you just delete few folders and turn on "safe mode = on" it's not enough. You need to configure your xampp's php.ini file a lot more to have your claimed "100%... -

You whant all items to drop just from one monster? In this case monster id 50 (Sea Worm)? If no change 50 to -1, if yes than maybe there is a bug with this and report to DarkMaster. Just an idea - try to put "end" at the bottom of file. -
