    Yes you can change name, skin, dmg, 1 or 2 handle options etc and all details of any item. Personally i use magichand editor.

    lol? probly you missed something, i have been run this server over than 1 mounth withouth any problem, %100 stable and works, tested with over 90+ online users. regards to @Darkmaster
