Hi, my name is Henry Green and I live in the United Arab Emirates. I work with Boultwood + Associates as a Quantum and Commercial Risk Consultant, supporting construction and commercial projects across the region. My interest in Quantum analysis developed through examining project costs, evaluating contractual entitlements, and understanding the commercial factors that influence successful project delivery. I enjoy applying analytical thinking, collaborating with experienced professionals, and providing practical solutions to complex construction challenges. Outside of work, I have a strong interest in architecture, regional development, and exploring different places across the UAE. I also enjoy following major infrastructure and construction projects across the region.
