[Guide] Change Amount of Monsters in 97d

Hook dll in 97d GS, change amounts in mobs.ini file and feel the game.

Note:
  1. More mobs => more memory, more cpu usage
  2. If you have DLLs with addons, like /post, /add, or just simple messages, or anything related to gObj, you will have to rebuild them and read all info from GS's memory after my DLL is loaded.
    I'm talking about gObj offset, new indexes for mobs, summons(callmobs) and users

@DarkMaster You need to add beta 41.1 to add new monster to monster.txt. I already have main with the support
